Executive Creative Director Jim Palam is a graduate of the Design Correlations Program at Parson's School of Design. He received his BFA from The New School in New York City.
Jim began his career as a Junior Art Director in New York City – specializing in Communication and Packaging Design. In 1976 he moved West and launched Palam Design in Santa Barbara, CA. In 1994 he rebranded the growing studio as Jim Palam & Partners – an award-winning, full-service advertising and creative services agency now located in Solvang, CA.
Jim Palam & Partners creates result-focused programs and integrated campaigns for companies, businesses and entrepreneurs in the manufacturing, healthcare, food, education, leisure, technology, real estate, and hospitality industries – as well as fund-raising and awareness programs for local non-profits.
